This page explains what happens to your information when you use midnightktchn.pages.dev. This is a small, one-person site, not a company with a data team, so this is written plainly rather than in dense legal language.
If you use the contact form, the site collects whatever you type into it: your name, your email address, and your message. That information is sent directly to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards it to a personal inbox. Nothing you submit is stored on this site itself or added to any other list without you separately opting into that.
Browsing the site without submitting the form does not send any personal information anywhere, aside from what your browser and network always send to any website you visit (like your IP address, handled automatically by the hosting provider, Cloudflare). The typefaces used on this site are hosted on the site itself rather than loaded from a font service, so viewing the site doesn't send your IP address to one.
This site does not use cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for two small, non-tracking purposes: remembering which color theme you picked (default, copper, dusk, navy, or burgundy), so it stays applied on your next visit; and, if you play a preview, remembering which track you played last, so the site can offer to play it again when you come back. That track is forgotten 30 days after you last played, stays on your device only, and is never sent anywhere.
This isn't used to track you across other sites, build a profile, or serve ads, so no consent banner is needed for it. See the Cookies Policy for more detail, including how to clear it if you'd rather it not be remembered.
